Our Merch Booth volunteers serve the Lord by serving others. Serving in a Merch Booth is joyful, social, fast-paced, and rewarding!
Our Merch Booths serve as on opportunity to connect people with resources that can change their lives. In addition, all of the proceeds received from the Merch Booths help pay for the Start! Bibles given to new believers and help offset other expenses of the event.
Specifically, Merch Booth volunteers serve others by selling product at each event. They help set up the booths, display the products, answer questions, use a computer to process the sale, and close down the booth when the event is over.
When you check in at the event you will be assigned to a specific booth. Each booth has a lead volunteer called a Merch Booth Coordinator. The coordinator will give you a free shirt as a uniform, provide you with basic training, and be your go-to person for any questions you have. They will also give you a generous discount off of any merchandise you'd like to buy from the booth—just a small way of saying "Thank you!" for serving.
We look forward to serving alongside you at Harvest America! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Paul at
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share how you can help serve at Harvest America with Greg Laurie.
This event doesn't happen without those, like you, who have a heart to serve and see the lost saved. We will need nearly 300 set-up volunteers to make this happen, not unlike Gideon's Army.
Every volunteer will need to fill out and sign a waiver. You can print and bring your waiver with you when you check in.
At times the work may slow down, but we ask for your patience in waiting for it to pick up (use that time to get to know others). Please know that
any time you can give is very helpful. Many hands lighten the load, even if it is only for a few hours! As we approach this event, please pray for every detail of the set-up, how the Lord will use you, and the safety of each volunteer. We appreciate you.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Stephanie at
StephanieK@harvest.org. We look forward to serving with you at Harvest America 2017!
